REFUND POLICY
If cancellation occurs prior to your company being filed with the Secretary of State, refund will be given in full. Disclosure of payment information is consent to file the company.

If cancellation occurs after the filing of your company with the Secretary of State, refund will be given less the fees assessed to establish the LLC(s).
​
If cancellation occurs after the registration of a property with a state office, no refund will be given. Payment is considered consent to file the company with the Montana Secretary of State. All companies will be filed immediately upon payment processing.

All sales are final and non-refundable after 30 days.

*Note: Refunds are only applicable to LLC filing costs. Costs to register vehicles are never refundable.
TERMINATION PROCESS

You call and let us know you'd like to terminate your Montana LLC.

We send you the termination request form.

You send back a signed termination request form signed by all members.

We charge $75 per LLC to officially file the termination with the secretary of state.

*LLCTLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement and resign as the agent. At that time, you would have 30 days to find a new registered agent.
